What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our access hours run parallel to these hours; however, we offer 24-hour access to your parking space should you decide to store a vehicle with us.
Does your office sell supplies?
We most certainly do. We have a wide variety of boxes, tape, and parking supplies to help you get your project finished. We also sell locks, so you’ll never be without that added bit of security.
Where is your facility located?
Our property is located at 2024 Belle Chasse Highway in Gretna, LA 70056. You can call our office at (504) 392-0885 or look for the O’Brien’s Grille, located right next door to our building.
What does “climate control” mean and is it right for me?
Climate control is a system that maintains a constant temperature in your unit. This prevents the buildup of mold or humidity and drastic temperature changes from damaging your belongings. Climate controlled storage units are best suited for antiques, furniture, books, and documents, although you can store just about anything in one of these units.
Do you have space for me to park my boat or RV?
We do. Our facility boasts over 180 outdoor parking spaces for your boat trailer, RV, or other vehicle.
When can I access my boat or RV parking space?
Access to your parking space is exclusively 24 hours, so you’ll always be able to return your vehicle after that long drive back home.
What security measures does Mudbug Self Storage take?
We take the security of your belongings very seriously. Our parking spaces are protected by barbed wire, perimeter fencing, and 24-hour video surveillance. All of our units are interior spaces, with video surveillance and access hours that run parallel to our office hours, meaning there’s always someone around when there are people on the property.
